Pancakes Rezept Zutaten : 220 g Mehl 1 Pck. Backpulver 30 g Zucker 1 Pck. Vanillezucker 1 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt 1 Prise Salz 2 Eier 240 ml Milch 60 g geschmolzene Butter Zubereitung: Die trockenen Zutaten miteinander vermischen. Eier & Milch in einer separaten Schüssel verquirlen. Langsam die Mischung mit den trockenen Zutaten dazu geben & mit einem Schneebesen unterrühren. Anschließend die geschmolzene Butter hinzufügen. In einer beschichteten Pfanne 1. Esslöffel Teig geben & warten bis die Pancakes Bläschen machen, dann erst wenden. Co na Zelený čtvrtek jiného než... 💚🌸ZELENOU BÁBOVKU🌸💚 Krásně voní po tvarohu a čistě přírodní zelenou barvu jí propůjčuje kouzelný špenát! A kousky bílé čokolády a sušené jahody už jsou jen třešničkou na bábovce.🤗 . RECEPT: Rozmixujte 125g baby špenátu na hladké pyré a dejte stranou. Vyšlehejte do pěny 4 žloutky se 150g třtinového cukru a pak tenkým pramínkem přilévejte 110g rozpuštěného vychladlého másla. Přidejte kůru z jednoho citronu, špenátové pyré, 250g plnotučného tvarohu v kostce (vaničkový obsahuje moc vody) a 280g polohrubé mouky s 2 lžičkami prášku do pečiva. Vše lehce smíchejte a nakonec opatrně po částech zapracujte sníh ze 4 bílků a 4 lžic třtinového cukru. Ihned nalijte půlku těsta do připravené formy, bohatě posypte lyofilizovanými jahodami a nasekanou bílou čokoládou a navršte zbytek testa. Vložte do trouby predehřáté na 175°C a pečte 60 minut. Samozřejmě otestujte paratkem, jestli už je babovka upečená, každá trouba peče jinak;) . . Kaandyachi Chatni / Onion Chutney - An accompaniment that you can relish as a main dish as well. My daadi, naani or even my mom and other women in my family have always being more fond of the accompaniments than the main dishes. Be it pickle, chutneys, koshimbir, or the famous ‘thecha’, they have to have one of these things on their plate. One of them is this dish here – made of onions and onions.. It is crispy, tasty, and filling as well INGREDIENTS: Onions : 3, chopped Garlic – 3 cloves, crushed Rai MOMmade Haldi Powder – Half teaspoon MOMmade Chilli Powder – Half teaspoon MOMmade Khandeshi Mazala – 1 teaspoon Salt Oil Step 1 : In a pan, with hot oil, throw in half teaspoon of rai and let it crackle. Then add in crushed garlic and chopped onion. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes and add haldi powder. Mix it and keep frying without keeping any lid on medium flame. Step 2 : After frying for say 3 to 4 minutes more, add mirchi powder and khandeshi mazala (you can add some other for of garam mazala if you don’t have the khandeshi mazala. But ofcourse the flaavour that Khandeshi mazala gives will be missing). Keep frying for another 3 minutes and then add salt as per your taste. Do not cover as we want the onions to turn crispy and not have any moisture. Hence we added salt also in the later part of cooking. Keep the flame medium and keep stirring as we do not want to char the onions black. They have to be dark brown and crispy. . Thats it.. the final dish is ready. Though a side dish, but believe me you don’t need anything else than this with a roti. My 2 year old ate 2 rotis with this, actually relished it with a “WOW!!” I love it when she expresses it this way. HIDDEN VEGGIES 🍅 Adding extra veg to all meals is important, but some foods are definitely easier than others! Made a traditional bolognaise tonight and alongside 250g lean beef mince and an onion.... I also added lots of mushroom, grated a carrot, zucchini and almost a whole head of brocolli (including the stem) into my sauce ♥️ . . Such an easy way to up your veggie intake, and the longer you simmer your sauce the more the veg disappear (great for fussy kids..... and husbands 😂 . . Adding all the veg in also stretched my sauce out so I ended up with a lunch serve tomorrow 🤗 . .
